The efficient and effective handling of technical changes in product production is seen as an important factor for the long-term success manufacturing companies. Within associated processes, engineering change management, identification involvement all relevant stakeholders, i.e., departments employees, plays essential role. Overlooking stakeholders can lead to unforeseen impacts, such stops or further necessary changes, cause unforseen increased costs. In particular, large companies, this task complex error-prone due high number involved, well abundant variety that take place. Therefore, contribution introduces approach stakeholder which allows automated at beginning reactive phases management process. describes steps from data preparation evaluation obtained classification models. It based on a text-classification focuses particular additional integration expert knowledge increase model quality. has been successfully applied cooperation with German automotive company, quality compared expert-based classification.
